The following Terms & Conditions or “User Agreement” along with “Terms of Use” applies to all travel and travel-related Services provided by Fare to India. It collectively defines the procedures and directions regarding the use of services and products sold by Fare to India. The terms such as agents, employees, associates, affiliated companies, independent contractors, or subcontractors (hereinafter referred to as “Fare to India”, “we,” or “us”).
Customer” or “Client” or “you” represents the person who makes a booking with us or the person on whose behalf the services provided by us have been agreed and who has accepted the terms and conditions.
It is suggested to go through these Terms of use carefully before using our website or service. Fare to India provides travel and travel-related services that may or may not include a flight ticket booking, consultation, airfares, hotels, resorts, tours, leisure, car rentals, etc.
Accessing our website or using our service represents that you agree to be bound by these terms of use and conditions. Even your continued use of our services will confirm your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions then we do not force you to use our website or service.
Using our service means you are content to follow all the terms and conditions with stipulations and will be bound by the limitations therein:
Eligibility Criteria: We offer the services to the travelers from USA to India. It can be available for purchase by residents of the United States, its territories, possessions, and protectorates, who have all the requisite power and authority to enter into and perform the obligations under these Terms and Conditions. But, the traveler must be over the age of 18 to purchase a trip from us.
Those who do not fit under the applicable age criteria can use the service only if their legal guardian or parent agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Amendments: From time to time there can be some modification in our services related to booking and purchase of flight tickets. Keep in mind that our terms may vary for each product and service. We suggest you go through the terms from time to time so you stay updated with the latest terms. Also, for a change in booking or purchase, you can call our agent if you can’t find the term related to such amendments.
Payment of Booking: After you accept our terms and policies you can purchase our service. You will be responsible for reimbursement of any fees from the external collection agency, including all costs and expenses.
Cancellation & Refund: Cancellation of flight or refund policy differs for each product or service by Fare to India. You can only cancel the purchased product or service by calling our agent if it lies under the terms.
Cancellation of a flight ticket at your request may require a minimum processing time and is subject to some specific terms and conditions. The refund will be provided only if the ticket purchased was refundable otherwise there will be no refund.
Also, the after cancellation of ticket refund will be provided after cutting down some penalties. Sometimes you may have to face the full cancellation penalty and there will be no refund.
Change in Flight booking: For the change in flight ticket keep in mind that change means that if the cost of your booking has increased and you will have to pay extra charges or costs in addition to our charges outlined on your receipt or booking confirmation. Furthermore, fares for low-cost flights are mostly non-refundable and at that time if you decide to cancel your low-cost flight, our service fee and any amendment charges are non-refundable. If changes and cancellation are requested from your side you have to pay the additional charges and service cost and we accept no responsibility for any charges incurred.
In some exceptional cases if Fare to India fails to provide you the confirmed booking due to some uncontrollable situations such as technical error, government decision, a pandemic, and many more we will try to recover it by offering the best alternative to the customer but agree to understand the situation and do not force any refund from us.
Document Requirement: Foreign nationals coming into the country must hold a passport with a validity of a minimum of 06 months. It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have complete documentation and medical requirements to enter India.
Make sure your personal information should match the information on your passport and travel documents. The fare to India will take no responsibility for any rejections or declining of the visa issuance due to any reasons. We also reserve the right to decline any booking or purchase and shall not be liable for any resulting claims for losses or damages.
E-Tickets: Once you book your flight tickets with us it is stored electronically in the airline reservation system. As a booking confirmation, we will send you an email and then a separate e-ticket. Travelers have to carry both a booking confirmation and then an e-ticket for each booking. This is because you may require to produce your booking number and/or confirmation email to the airline as evidence of your booking. We will not be responsible for non-compliance with these rules.
Check-in Issue: If you fail to reach the airport at the time and do not check in on time, your flight will be automatically canceled by the airline. We have no role and responsibility in that situation and you understand that.
Baggage: Baggage allowance and policies differ from airline to airline. It is the passenger’s responsibility to check baggage policy directly with the airline you are flying with. To find out if your booked flight includes luggage, you may check the flight information in the email you received after booking, or in the e-ticket.
Pregnancy and kids: Pregnant women have some restrictions to fly on the plane and each airline has its own specific rules for them. You can be denied boarding if your delivery date is near and we take no responsibility for this.
Children under 2 years are referred to as infants and they can be carried on their lap and no need to buy a separate seat for them. In most airlines, the cost of the ticket to them is around 10% of the adult’s fare if someone desires to buy a seat. However, the children from age 2 to 10 also get a reduction in airfares.
Unaccompanied Minor: Children between the age of 5 and under 12 years who are traveling alone get supervision service for minors from the time of boarding until the time the minor is met at the final destination. However, the airline policy for unaccompanied minor vary for each airline and it is your responsibility to go through it properly.
Health Requirement: For air traveling, you need to have your health be perfectly fine. Also, you should not carry anything which can harm your health on the trip.
Disputes, Attorney’s fee, and Related Expenses: If any act of law or equity, that may include declaratory relief or any arbitration proceeding, is brought to enforce, the prevailing party shall be entitled to attorney’s fees, costs, and additional expenses.
